Terms and conditions
PAYMENT TERMS
50% of booking fee must be paid within 7 days from booking confirmation. Further 50% fee must be paid 30 days before embarkation.
These payment terms are subject to changes.
Charter company reserves the right to change prices in the case there will be change in Croatian VAT.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIME
Check in time: from 17h on Saturday unless otherwise agreed
Check out time: till 9h on Saturday unless otherwise agreed
We advise our guests to return to the base marina night before check-out to avoid the risk of late check-out problems and penalties.
TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is obligatory cost by Croatian law and subject to changes. It has to be paid on spot, on check in.
Security deposit
The security deposit is a refundable deposit left prior to embarkation by credit card (Master, Visa, ). Should there be no damage or loss of the yachts equipment then it will be returned in the full amount. During regattas the deposit is twice the normal amount. Please ask for further information on regatta charters, or security deposit insurance.
DAMAGE WAIVER
Damage waiver covers all damages except loss of things, clogged toilet, lack of fuel, damages on gennaker and negligence.
During regattas, damage waiver is not applicable.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing, by the signatory who booked the sailing holiday, together with the return of any travel documents. If the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the departure date, the Company reserves the right to keep the 30% of the total amount, within 30 days before the departure date, the Company reserves the right to keep 80% of the total amount, and if the cancellation is made within 15 days before the departure date, the Company reserves the right to make no refund of the total amount.
